Mountain View Meadow presents The  Skaneateles Suite at The Carriage House. A Bed and Breakfast stay in the heart of the Finger Lakes, nestled among the Bristol Hills in Naples, New York.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the trails on the property or head off site to soak up the local color at nearby wine trails, waterfalls or vineyards.

Just minutes away from a boat ride, biking or hiking in the summer, or a day of nearby skiing in the winter, The Carriage House is a destination for every season.

The Space

The Skaneateles suite features a hand-crafted queen size bed that defines luxury and rest. Its plush mattress and pillows and bamboo sheets will leave you refreshed in the morning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hotel-grade towels, and bathrobes. The sitting area, alongside the bed, is the perfect way to wake up slowly or settle down at the end of the day.
 

Each morning as you come down the stairs, you and other guests will be greeted by fresh coffee or tea in the café. Feel free to sip that extra cuppa', while lounging in the Adirondack style chairs on the front porch or read a book indoors, next to the café fireplace. Choose from a curated breakfast menu the night before to start your day off right. The menus will be provided upon check-in and breakfast will be served daily between 9am - 10am.
 

After a morning meal, head out to explore the trails or spend the day at one of the beautiful estate wineries nearby.

Guests will have access to their private suite.
 

Shared spaces include: The Café, Wellness Room, Decks, Firepit and Trails
 

The dry-sauna and massage therapist services is available for an additional fee and upon reservation only.
 

The Tee-pee structures on-site are NOT permitted for guest use at this time.
